• Monitoring & reviewing Forecasts, Sales Pipeline and Sales Strategies and ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely manner.
• Prepare & monitor Channel-Wise report of various retail bank sales channels.
• Design individual and group sales campaign and analyzing the performance on geographical and product basis.

• Thorough an understanding of WM&CS Business, monitoring and analyzing the performance of Business and each of its products individually. Furthermore, drilling down analysis to each area, region and branch. Evaluating the performance of each and every personnel under Sales function.
• Discover new ideas for the Performance Management and ways of improving the branch network performance.
• Data mining for various Business Intelligence Reports.
• Design Sales Motivation program for Sales.
• Work with IT team for updating and modernize Business Intelligence.
• Cooperate and Coordinate with BMs, AMs and their coordinators and helping them to understand portfolios under their jurisdiction.
